PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
After placing an order, the Seller will send the Customer payment instructions and an invoice to the provided email address. Delivery costs are charged at the actual rate stated in the order (card payment – transactional purchase). The Customer must complete payment within 24 hours, otherwise the Seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase.
Each piece of jewelry is handmade after the order is confirmed and payment is received. If the Customer does not pay the total amount stated on the invoice, the Seller may cancel the order. Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 3–5 days after successful payment. A tracking number is provided for all shipments.
Delivery within Croatia is carried out via BOX NOW parcel lockers, and the delivery cost is €2. For orders over €39,99, delivery via BOX NOW parcel lockers is free. Delivery to Germany is carried out by the Croatian Post, and the delivery cost is €7. Free delivery for international shipments over €70. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed. Each package includes an invoice and care instructions. Upon receiving the package, the Customer must check for visible damage and immediately report it to the courier, refusing delivery if any external damage is visible.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages or delays in transit caused by incorrect address information provided by the Customer.
Minor delays may occur, which are beyond our control. Resending returned packages will incur additional shipping charges.
Please note that if your order is shipped outside Croatia or the EU, it may be subject to taxes and import duties, which are the Customer’s responsibility and will be charged directly by the customs authority of the destination country.
